I don't need . If you need you sleep:).

To put it differently, you just go to sleep and when you naturally (without gadgets) wake up- know that is the time required for the body to clear off majority of the day's impressions. Impressions can be on many levels-physical, mental, enegy).

On an average it is taking 8 hrs.
