This could be a hot flash which is common when at menopause or hormonal imbalance. I have this problem sometimes not often. That or if you eat before going to bed, Your body's temperature will rise so your stomach can digest. It's like a oven. Sometimes, Your house can keep some heat from the sun during the day. Heat can be caused that way. That's all I can think of.
