cos there desprate jerks!.. they are desprate and they cant get gf there age! so when someone younger likes them and they will be interested but when a girl his age comes along he thinks he will have a better chance with herr.. confusinn ay?

Well, from experience, girls like older guys because they have more experience. I'm not talking about sex, but older guys "know" how to have relationships. Also because older guys have things like cars, houses, and money. That's not everything in a relationship, but girls tend to feel more secure with a man who has all that.
