The question was why do boyfriends break up with girlfriends. Not how. Why do they break up? the same reason a girlfriend would break up with a girlfriend. They probably don't like the person in the same way they did before. That is the most likely reason. But there is always a possibility that he likes someone else.
Well maybe, he got tired of her.. or she wasn't really sexually active.. and he wants another girl that is. Guys are stupid like that!

Boys breakup because they are scared of what might happen if they start to feel to much for one girl. They just want to stay boys their whole life and never grow up and become a man.

1.They just plain don't like her anymore
2. They found someone else
3.They think that she doesn't like him
Just cause a guy breaks up with a girl doesn't mean he's a player! In some cases,
