Preventative habits are important in maintaining good health because once you get control of your bad habit, it will never bother you again. Take Chewing your nail for example, once you stop chewing your nails then there will be a drastic reduction in the possibility of infection. this will also aid with the preservation of enamel for healthy teeth.

There is also:

Knuckle Cracking,

Smoking,

Drinking,

Staying in the sun without protection,

Forgetting to brush your teeth,

Bad eating habits,

not getting enough sleep,

not making social connections, and

not being active.
