I would think the person entering the room should be the first to speak. It can also depend on the gender, and ag of persons involved. Out of respect, the elderly should be spoken to first regardless of whether they are in the room or entering. If you are entering the home of someone, you should be the first to speak.
The person entering the room should say Good Morning first. I never say it to the person rude enough to walk in without greeting the people who are already in.
should the person entering the house speak first when entering if they live there

Typically, the person who is already in the room will speak first as a way of acknowledging your presence. This helps to break the silence and initiate conversation. However, if you want to take the initiative, you can also greet others first as a way of being polite and friendly.
you can't hate a person if you love them already. love should be the first sight in a person's eye. Sounds like a family to me :-)
You have to go to see the person, when you first get there the closest person ,beat it already!
well a question will be good as a entering because it is called (hook) the person to get them to read it

If you know how you should splint the hand and take to the doctor and be careful not to damage the hand anymore then it already is.
The correct answer is 21. The first person shakes hands with the other 6 people. The second person shakes hands with 5 people because they already shook hands with the first person. The third person shakes hands with 4 people because they already shook hands with the first and second person. The fourth person shakes hands with 3 people because they already shook hands with the first, second, and third. The fifth person shakes hands with 2 people because they already shook hands with the first, second, third, and fourth person. The sixth person shakes hands with the seventh person because the rest have already shaken hands with them. The seventh person doesn't have anyone else to shake hands with. So the total would be 21...
The answer is 21 handshakes because the first person shakes hands with the other 6 people. Therefore the answer is 21 handshakes.
