What I've learned is to do this weird muscle relaxing exercise.
- First, you clench your toes for five seconds. then, let go.
- Then, clench your knees for five seconds. Then, let go.
Now keep doing that for your hips, stomach, shoulders, then, your eyes.
Now, imagine yourself walking slowly along a beach or a forest. now keep exploring and eventually you'll fall asleep.

Its really annoying when people cannot sleep but I'm going to give some steps of little things that could help your sleeping
1. Eat light meals before bed ( don't go to bed with a full stomach )
2. Try to go to bed at the same time every night
3. Dont nap between the day
4. Make sure you bed is only used for sleeping & umm ***
5. Turn off all the lights ( if you are scared of the dark then put a night lamp on but place it outside your room so its not to bright )
6.When your in bed relax start to count sheep and breathe in from your mouth and out from your mouth this helps people relax and just fall asleep, and dont worry about anything beacuse every single thing is gonna be alright , just think of sheep or something boring like the colour black
Well thats all i !
