Yes you can, there are two drugs that are OTC that you can get high from.
1. Dextromethorphan (DXM or DM) this drug is in many cough and cold medicines. I must warn you, LOOK AT THE ACTIVE INGREDIENTS before you take it! If it has anything else besides DXM, such as Acetaminophen and you OD on it to get high it will kill you! OD'ing on Acetaminophen will kill your liver and you'l be dead within 2 weeks :(
2. Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) this can be fatal if your not careful! I would recommend doing this drug during the day with friends at the mall or something, don't do this drug at night, falling asleep while on this will make for quite an unpleasant sleep.
Both of these drugs will cause hallucinations, but if your looking for more extreme hallucinations go with DXM, plus it's safer.

Such medications as ibuprofen and naproxen can also help reduce the bleeding and any cramping associated with it.
To some degree this depends upon the type of worm and the breed of the puppy. There are OTC deworming medications available for puppies that rely on pyrantel pamoate which are quite safe but are only effective against roundworms and hookworms. There are other OTC deworming medications that rely on ivermectin, but these can be dangerous in collie-type breeds. Also, there are currently no effective OTC medications for tapeworms or whipworms.

Any OTC medications that contain antihistamines such as Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or chlorpheniramine will cause drowsiness. Even over OTC Zyrtec and Claritin can impair driving abilities especially if mixed with minute quantities of alcohol or other medications like Xanax or Ativan. Some cough and cold remedies usually contain an antihistamine as well. Definitely all the sleep aids will impair driving abilities and impair judgment.
