I think the lifestyle practises that enhance your wellbeing are having a balanced diet, eating fresh vegetables and fruit, and exercising. Not smoking, or cutting down if you do, and not drinking alcohol, and if you do, only do it in moderation. If you cant get to the gym going for an hour's walk each day is really good for your heart and muscles. Hope this helps
