I don't exactly know, but Im 12. I can recommend some things that are healthy to eat.
Breakfast-
Fruit, Milk, Toats, Smoothie
Lunch-
Salad, Grilled Chicken, Wrap, Sandwich, sides: fruit, coleslaw is kinda unhealthy, but kinda is, veggies
Dinner-
Chicken, nothing fried, Steak, try not to eat any fat, Salad, Fish, sides: Coleslaw, side salad, veggies
Snacks-
Fruit, Veggies, Smoothie
