I don't exactly know, but Im 12. I can recommend some things that are healthy to eat.

Breakfast-

Fruit, Milk, Toats, Smoothie

Lunch-

Salad, Grilled Chicken, Wrap, Sandwich, sides: fruit, coleslaw is kinda unhealthy, but kinda is, veggies

Dinner-

Chicken, nothing fried, Steak, try not to eat any fat, Salad, Fish, sides: Coleslaw, side salad, veggies

Snacks-

Fruit, Veggies, Smoothie

Hope that helps! The average weight for a 12 year old (5' or taller) is somewhere in the 90's. But the baby fat you have now measures out as you grow, so as you grow, it will stretch, and then you won't look fat anymore. I know that isn't what you asked, but its related.
