Personal Health is everyones' individual responsibility. We get vaccinated, practice good hygeine, get checkups', eat properly, stay home when sick with fever. We do these things so that we do not contaminate others or spead disease or illness to others. This directly affects how our communities stay in good health. The communities in which we live. If, for instance, we were sick with the Flu virus and went out and mingled in our schools or workplace, then we place others at risk because we are spreading the possibility of illness or virus. Then it becomes a community problem because we have now placed others at immediate risk in our community and they in turn go out and place their communities at risk and so on...
