there is no such thing as material love but yes there is something called love for material. When you dont love a person for what he/she is but you dwell into materialism and love the person for the 'charcterstics' , 'appearance' , 'resources' the person posess. Moreover in material love you seek aproval of others or their involvement to validate the person as your arm candy.
