Depending on exposure to light and warmer temps, it will not be harmful, but lose efficacy (strength). Be safe, save remainder, do not dispose of, as you may need for replacement. Contact Pharmacy first. If they cannot replace, call prescriber. Hope this helps!

It partly depends on the temperature in your house. Augmentin oral is a suspension, and if it separated, you will never get it blended again the way it was when the pharmacist dispensed it . The most likely thing is you will get an unequal dose of diminished effectiveness. Please ruturn it to the pharmacy that dispensed it, and check with him/her to see if you can get the balance or the prescription refilled.
