If done correctly it can create instant relief from a stuffy nose..... And I mean instant!!! You have to be careful that the drops don't go down to the back of ur throat but to the front wall of you nose toward the sinus tubes. It's a tricky thing to do without getting it in ur throat but it's super quick and works tremendously. But be warned it tells you not to put drops directly in nose mouth eyes etc...
