any foods with anti inflammatory properties blueberries etc take high grade glucosamine and chondroitin. but understand this. the main part of fixing this problem is not diet. you must try to correct the deficiancy in you bio mechanics by performing the relevant stretches and strenghtening movements daily. curing this condition is a lenghty process it took me 9 months of doing the correct physio movements to completely heal although i did train through it. good luck
