Don't. Never let your walls down. If they've hurt you or you've hurt them, it's not always going to be a good thing. Relaxing is an easy way to get into someone else's pants. I'm not saying everyone is this way, but a lot are. Go ahead, relax... that's if you're shaking, peeing your pants, and chattering your teeth around him. The more you relax, the more you and your body are willing to do anything. Act normal, everything is fine; just don't let him take control of you. You own your body. He doesn't. Don't let him take that away from you.
If he just wants to be friends, then let it happen! There's nothing wrong with being friends with an ex.
