What does it mean if a guy won't look at you while talking?

It could mean any number of things. Sometimes they ignore you because they are upset and this is the way they handle it. Other times it is a form of control and they are punishing you for not doing or acting the way they want. Then, again they could be thinking of something. Men and women have different means of communication. When a woman asks a man to do something she will ask in a way that allows him to consider doing it or not. Men think they need to solve all problems and often will ignore a woman until he thinks he can solve a problem.

when a guy says that he doesn't like you it can mean many thing...it can mean that he really does like you, it can mean that he doesn't like you at all, it canalso mean that he just likes you as a friend and nothing more

The guy is most likely either really shy in general, or he gets shy by being around you.

As in he wont know what the right thing to say is or he thinks that if he says something wrong/goofy you might not like him. Make sure he knows you like him back and just try to get him relaxed a bit.

If he is comfortable talking to you he will, try get him used to talking in your company with other people and eventually he should come around

If he is having trouble asking you out on a date then remember you can always make the first move.
