Well, You should've said what size you are so lets say 8. Most people would say to go on a diet but i have somthing different to say, Steps workout eat ONLY healthy stuff (fruits,veggies,yoplait yogurt,special K products,lean meats,skim milk) and BOOM youre a size 6 HUZZAH!

Not everyone is genetically programmed to be a particular size. Eat healthy foods, drink plenty of water [ 72 to 80oz per day ], alternate exerxcises[ one day cardio , next day weights, next day bicycling ] , and take supplements if you want, but if you are eating well, one muti-vit a day should cover your trace minerals. If you decide to go total Vegan , educate yourself first. You must learn how to combine your incomplete proteins to make complete proteins , or you wil end up anemic. Don't set a size goal for yourself. Just be the best and healthiest you that you are meant to be.
