Honestly ihave your problem too but if I were you I'd probably just try harder on him/her if it's a guy you'll probably have a better chance you just gotta get the courage to tell him how you feel about him trust me I'm a guy :p. But if your trying a girl then you just gotta try harder she's probably just trying to play hard to get. If she pokes teases and other ways to irritate you she's most likely teasing you because she doesn't know any other way to act. She probably likes you. I hope this help.
