O2 level i assume you mean O2 saturation. if it drops down to 36 that's very very dangerous. that means that somewhere somehow oxygen is not getting absorbed. usually this occurs in the lungs... with emphysema patients or lung cancer.... extreme chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder and the like. mind you when we get a patient in the 80's in the clinic we ship em off to the hispital. and most normal people are mid 90's not exceeding 100% of course.

Other factors that can contribute to a decrease in AMH levels include stress, weight loss, and menopause. Your oxygen level should be between 90 and 100 anything lower is considered a risk. If the oxygen level drops below 85 they will usually place someone on oxygen, if the oxygen level continues to drop on oxygen then they will try a by-pap machine if it still continues to drop they will intubate the patient. Why does a chest infection cause oxygen levels to drop in the blood?

If the chest infection causes fluid in the lungs (pneumonia), or if it causes tissues to press on the lungs, less of the lung volume can be used to achieve oxygen saturation. Additionally, white blood cells may predominate over red in the bloodstream, reducing the oxygen carrying capacity.
