The best thing you can do for yourself, once you're already drunk, is to immediately stop drinking alcohol, and switch to a non-alcoholic, non-carbonated beverage: water, juice or coffee.
The reason is twofold:
For the record, the caffeine in coffee (or cola) may make you feel more awake, but your sense of judgment, perception and motor skills will still be affected by the alcohol in your system. In other words, even with coffee in you, don't try to drive, or do anything else which would be equally potentially dangerous (such as using a sharp knife, or operating heavy machinery).
No.
To help a drunk person feel better, ensure they are in a safe and comfortable environment. Offer them water or a non-caffeinated beverage to help with hydration. You can also provide light snacks to settle their stomach and encourage them to rest. Lastly, be patient and supportive, listening to them if they want to talk or simply staying nearby to ensure they feel secure.
By encouraging and training the team in such a manner that they dont feel your trying to take them as a poor player but rather make them feel youre trying to make them better.
then ur drunk.
The wrong question
If you're clean in and out then youre beautiful.

You do not get drunk faster standing up. You feel the affects of being drunk as soon as you stand up from sitting.
