Of course you could get NIHL

Noise

Induced

Hearing

Loss

What exactly what NIHL is is when your ear is exposed to too much loud or "extreme" sound for too long of periods of time it damages the hairline on your inner ear. Once the hair is damaged then it is damaged for good, IT DON'T GROW BACK. Really, I doubt that would happen though. That is more for like being around loud metal constuction area with falling objects, power tools, etc. But you could get Temporary Hearing Loss, or depending on how much and how loud Permanent Hearing Loss
