If you are developing breasts, growing pubic hair, and if you are experiencing vaginal discharge, you are probably going to get your first period soon. You may also experience stomach cramps, diarrhea, nausea or dizziness in the days before and during your period. On average, girls experience their first period when they are 12.7 years of age, or around two years after they begin developing breasts (thelarche).
Every woman will experience the following changes;
There are then various changes that effect women differently;
It differs from person to person but usually the signs would be breast tenderness, lower Back pain, light stomach cramps and perhaps irritibality (pms).
Usually you get PMS symptoms about a week before your period is due to start.
most girls tend to get very horny before there period start
About a month-2months before you get your period you will start to get discharge which is a yellowy substance with a gooey and thick texture... How do I know if it's discharge or not?
Before you start your period, you may have cramps. You also might go through mood-changes. But, everyone's body is different.
There aren't really any signs that far ahead. Usually its about 2 years after your breasts start to grow

if you meant the 'signs' a couple of year or months before your period you will get dischard that's the most earliest sign, then you start to get grouchy as your hormones are starting to get ready for you to grow, but as you get nearer to the time like a day before your period you breasts start to get very delicate and hurt. then during the progress you will get unbearable pains in the stomach.you also get a milky dischrge and start spotting.
