When you believe you're ready. Never, if you want to keep all of your brain cells. When you believe you're ready... Yes. Leave it at that though, theres no proof what so ever that ecstasy costs you any permanent brain damage. In fact the only effect it has on the brain is the temporary lowering of your seratonin levels, which will return 100% to normal after 2-3 weeks of abstinence.
You can take birth control pills while you are fertile no matter what age.
What would you like the pills for - you do not say. If it's for pain, you should be able to speak to your Pharmacist who can advise you on painkillers for your age group.

Teenagers may become involved in ecstasy at any age in actuality. It will depend on when they start socializing at parties involving alcohol. Normally they will first try Marijuana (Pot/ Weed/a joint), before moving onto Ecstasy. Teens may start taking Ecstasy around 15/16 at the earlier end of the spectrum. Many may also try it one they are at University/College (so more like 18/19). For most it is the experience of having 'tried' the drug that causes them to take it; for others it the thrill that it is a rebellious act. It should also be noted that only a very small percentage of teens will actually take ecstasy, and that they are a risk (and illegal). it isn't cool!

It isn't healthy to take diet pills before the age of 18, especially when you are 4 years below that age. Your body is still growing and will not react well with the pills. Many diet pills can weaken the heart and cause complications. Depending on the state, you may not be able to purchase diet pills below 18 years of age.
On average, you should start your period every 28 days. This varies up to as much as 35 days depending on your age and whether or not you take birth control pills. Your cycle should begin on or about the 28th day.
