If you have a cold all the time, your problem may not be a cold. Your problem may be allergy. Your first task is to get your nose and sinuses cleared out. Clean your room thoroughly. Get rid of as much stuff as possible. You would like to clear everything down to bare floors. Vacuum the room. Put everything in drawers.
Gargle with salt water. Use antihistamines. See a doctor. See if there is a chronic infection. If so, get antibiotics and take the entire prescription. If there is a refill, take that. Do not stop simply because you have stopped sneezing. You have had a chronic cold. It has gone away briefly. You want to get rid of all the infection and keep it gone permanently.
Good luck
