No, not as

of yet there isn't.

Check under the generic name (Quetiapine) here in Answers.com

I found a ton of info there including USA patent info., and links to Canadian and Indian online pharmacies that DO sell the generic product. (and it's STILL pricey - but nowhere near what you pay in USA -land of the health-care starved)

Currently there is no generic for Seroquel.

Although every drug contains a generic name stating the active ingredient in the drug, it is not necessarily the generic drug. In this case, the generic name for Seroquel is quetiapine fumarate, but as of yet, there is no generic made for Seroquel because its patent has yet to expire.

Seroquel, an atypical antipsychotic used to treat Bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, had a patent set to expire in late 2011. The patent was extended to March 2012 in exchange for more research to be performed in the pediatric population.

There may be claims that generic versions of Seroquel are now available. Unless the generic versions are approved by the FDA, its potency, purity, as well as bioequivalent safety and efficacy may not be the same as the actual drug. These drugs should not be taken as a substitute as they can be harmful or ineffective.
