It is very normal for a teenage boy (more so than girls) to have fantasies about their teachers. This can include wanting to wear their panties, etc., but can just sometimes be just wanting to be around them.
However, WikiAnswers does not encourage ever persuing these fantasies, as underage relationships with teachers (or any member of staff with a position of trust - nurses, doctors,etc.) are illegal and the teacher will lose their job and possible be arrested in many cases.
