no, because when your tierd it means youre not getting enough sleep.try going to bed earlier or sleeping in more. instead of waking up at 6;00, try waking up at 6;30 instead. also, apples wake you up in the morning more than a cup of coffie, so try that. if you are not getting enough exersize too, that also might be a problem. after exersizing you will feel more awake too. try to eat clean and not mcdonalds too, because clean food keeps you energized during the day. !!
