I don't think so. Well, I'm sure it isn't in the UK (I don't know about the US or any others sorry) as there have been many cases of 18s going out with 14 or 15, and I'm sure one or two 13s. But it depends. You cant have sex, as then it is illegal. And it depends how you met.I'm not sure.
