high heels
if they have hyperflexible knees, high heels are either really good or really bad, cause on one hand, they stop the feet rolling in, but on the other, they could hurt their ankles. so flats are probably a good option, or low heels/wedges.
slippers and flats. wear heels, boots, and flip flops
High heels tend to make people's legs look longer and slimmer, which is a benefit to models. Also, heels tend to encourage good posture when people are walking (although they're very bad for your feet and back in the long run). Lots of people feel heels give them more confidence.

Heels are the Fashion Statement today for most women! Nevertheless they are definitely detrimental to our feet no matter how fashionable they look! Its best to wear a sole inside to make ur toes hurt less and avoid blisters. Its not only bad for your feet. Its bad for the spine too
Stilletto heels, galoshes and plastic sacks are all poor choices for marathon running.
Go on the high side, they wear the edges real bad. Go on the high side, they wear the edges real bad.
Heels
Well I've just turned 14 and got my first ones - they're wedges boots though and I wear them with jeans but don't wear them if your fat and weird or you'll look like a grown up wannabe - which will be super bad so about 13-14 I'd say. I'm like the last out of my friends to get heels! Wedges are still comfy and easier to walk in!
Heels, sandals, etc.
