NO!! There's been research that tears let out stress. These tears are different than tears that come out when you have something in your eye. So cry, okay? You'll feel much better than when keeping it in. You'll also recover a lot faster. But, don't over-over do it. A lot of crying, and I mean A LOT of crying can be physically draining, and can give you welts under your eyes. I hope you get better soon!! :)
