I'd say yes because in a movie, this Chinese girl likes Yugi and says something I couldn't understand because it was Japanese, but I was sure of that it had something to do with a relationship. But Anzu said something that sounds like she has used the words "Rebecca", "Already" and "Yugi". Which means to me that the sentence was: "No, you can't be his girlfriend because Rebecca is already Yugi's girlfriend!". If it was that, they are boyfriend and girlfriend. Another thing I know is that when Yugi came to watch and cheer Rebecca in a duel, the first thing Rebecca said was "Darling!" to Yugi. And Rebecca loosed so after that, Yugi and Rebecca hugged! And Yugi commented very good things about her. So, in that case, THEY ARE BOYFRIEND AND GIRLFRIEND!
