∙ 11y agoIonic salts like Potassium & Sodium salts are important to the neurotransmitters. Since neurotransmitters(neurons) are comprised of amino acids, it is important to have adequate protein intake (and also adequate exercise and rest, in order to maximize the positive metabolism of proteins and synthesis in the neural transmission)

The main chemicals found in the brain are neurotransmitters, such as serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine, which play key roles in regulating mood, behavior, and cognition. Additionally, chemicals like glutamate and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) are important for regulating excitatory and inhibitory signaling in the brain.
Hormones, they are what make us behave the way we do. Also there are neuro transmitters in the brain that keep our mood, for example if drugs are taken, then there are more mood swings as they inhibit the function

The human eye perceives light through specialized cells called photoreceptors in the retina. These cells, rods and cones, convert light into electrical signals that are then transmitted to the brain via the optic nerve. The brain processes these signals to create the visual perception of light and color.

Some potential risks of neuro linguistic programming (NLP) include reliance on unproven or pseudoscientific techniques, the possibility of false memories or beliefs being implanted, and the potential for individuals to be manipulated or exploited by unscrupulous practitioners. It's important to approach NLP with caution and skepticism, and to seek out qualified and ethical practitioners if choosing to engage with it.
