When she says that something is bothering her and she won't tell you, it is probably you that is bothering her. You might try to pay more attention to her actions around you and her actions towards other people. And definitely listen to her more. She might think that you are ignoring her (just an example). Also, try to be nice to her and be more physical. Girls love sensitive guys who also know how to show their love to them.
