YOU SHOULD SEE A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY THERE COULD BE ANOTHER PROBLEM OR IT COULD OF BEEN JUST A HARD HIT AND IT STILL HURTS. SEE A DOCTOR JUST IN CASE OF ANOTHER PROBLEM. Go to your primary Doctor or better the ER. Sounds like you had suffered a concusion(when you hit your head really hard and you get dizziness...) Most of the time we can't tell how bad is it; but if still hurts if better to go to have at least a ct -scan and expl.ained everything and how it happened. But honestly ;Go to a doctor. Good Luck!!!
