Get over it, either have the piercing or take it out. Removing jewellery from an unhealed piercing is just creating more trouble than it solves. Your friend's parents will just have to accept you as you are piercing or not. But removing the jewellery in fresh piercing damages the fine layer of tissue trying to form during the healing process, removal just irritates the piercing and can do damage that isn't necessary.
