Well, compared to nicotine, which has an addiction rate of roughly 32% (1 out of 3 get hooked, I believe these are 10 year values--eg 32% get hooked within 10 years, may be more after longer period of regular use), both meth and coke are less addictive. However, meth is the 2nd most addictive substance known to man. Smoked meth has a 10-year addiction rate of 31%, IV meth 30% and snorted probably around 25% (this is uncertain). Cocaine on the other hand has a 17% addiction rate, which is 1 in 6. Crack hovers around 30% addiction rate as well. Aside from being less addictive (and actually research indicates coke is not physically addictive, just psychologically), coke is more euphoric... But lasts less.
