clean thoroughly using plenty of soap and water, using antibacterial soap prevent bacterial formation on the hands, average recommended hand washing time is 20 to 60 seconds, lather and scrub together between fingers and nails, rinse and repeat for a better clean.
after applying water to your hands
You cannot.
If you use non-antibacterial soap and rub your hands together with it and water for like 15 seconds, that releases the germs, but does not kill them. So then you put your hands under water and that washes the germs away.
This has something to do with your germs and stuff on your hands. I suggest that you use Germ-X, and if that doesn't work, after you dip your hands in hot water, dip them in cold water. That always works for me.
they should be pointing down in the water
You can hold air or water
flap your legs together (like doing a mermaid stroke) keep your legs together at all times push your arms from your thighs and proper push them over your head, then make like an "S" shape, with your hands and repeat it. i do a swimming club and it really helps me or start some swimming lessons, they can really practice your strokees :) good luckk + keep practising!
