Some people can fully wake up within 10 to 15 minutes after they get out of bed. Other people may take half an hour or more to fully wake up, especially if they were sound asleep and were awakened by someone or by an alarm clock.
about 10 minutes
I completed it in about 2 days
It is actually less than three seconds. If you are at home or in a lab and under no duress they can come up with all kinds of mumbo jumbo. Put that same person on a battlefield and they can be fully awake and functioning very quickly. Granted some of what they do immediately is due to training but they are functioning very quickly.
8 hours
People still look sleepy when they 1st wake because they are not get awake. It takes a bit for someone to fully wake up.
the average is 7mins
I have heard that it takes your body a complete 2 hours to fall asleep. but im not sure of this information. An average tired person should take between 20 - 30 minutes to fall asleep. If it takes you shorter than this, you're overtired and should consider changing your sleep schedule. If longer, consider exercising more or setting your alarm so you wake up earlier and have longer to tire yourself out.
630 am
Yes they do take naps for an hour or 2 but if you want to wake them up before that you can set the time to a different hour and they will wake up!! Hope this helped!!
A long nap. Low blood pressure when you wake up & dizziness when you stand.
The best time to take temperature is right when you wake up. This is because your body has not been doing anything that might raise temperature yet.
