When your mouth starts watering and you know you are about to throw up clamp your hand over your mouth REALLY hard and hold your nose. Every few seconds let go of your nose to take a breath. Do this until your mouth has stopped watering and you will usually feel better aswell!

In general, consume less alcohol and clear Alcoholic Beverages (vodka, gin, etc.) because they contain fewer congeners, which can increase hangovers. However, if you suffer Oriental Flushing Reflex (which causes adverse effects quickly after consuming alcohol), you can't consume alcohol without feeling very uncomfortable.

#2 eat helthy like frutes and veggies for about a month

#3 reast its proven that reast it one of the most importint steps to any recovery

#4 (opchinial) JUCE- "juse organic frutes and veggies" you will feel alot more alert

#5 have a helthy work out weakly or daily even if it means just running around the block
