You have to think right before you want to " I can't do this anymore". If biting your tongue is just a clumsy thing that you do, than there really is no solution to stop biting your tongue. But if it is just an annoying habit, you have to think about what you're about to do. Does it hurt? Well if it hurts, than you should have no problem quitting! YOU should want to! Hope this helps!
