Most people know they have stopped growing when they don't see any increase in size for an extended period of time, often in their late teens to early twenties. But the only way to be 100% sure is to get an x-ray looking at the epiphyseal plates of the bones. If they have fused, then there will be no more lengthening of that bone.

I know because ever since 5 th grade i been wearn a 7 im 13 and still a 7-7 1/2... so my mom and this lady that worked at finish line when i got my jordans said my feet has stop growing..... Yeah....So if you have been wheren the same size for a long time then you feet has stop growing.. Aha Im all happy lol

Usually to really know if you've stopped growing the best way would get x-rays of your growth plates
