If she doesn't love you, one wonders why she hasn't moved from you yet.
If neither of you love the other, then one wodners why you are still together.
Basically, do it now. There's no point in waiting for a "sign" or "the right time".

Just move on, If she knows your in love her and she's telling you that she is no longer in love with you then unfortunately there's nothing that you can do but to accept it and move on with your life. If you feel she has maked a mistake by letting you good remember people don't know what they have till its no longer there. Give her space and try to go on with your life and maybe with time she'll realized she never stopped loving you and come back around. I don't guarantee this will play out exact this way most likely she's telling you how she feel and she's moved on. Maybe she's just not the right girl for you.
