Ask yourself WHY? Pregnancy can (and will) trigger very odd hormonal changes, and apparently makes people feel awful about themselves. Basically, I suggest you pamper yourself and go do lots of things you enjoy doing. However, if you're sure it's not just hormones, I suggest seeking psychiatric help. Also, if you're thinking you're fat, YOU HAVE A SECOND PERSON IN YOUR BELLY. Try to remember that. ;)
