How do you be a loving and caring person?

Find something that you really do love and care about and apply it to everything you do in a your everyday life (not in the literal sense).

For instance, if I was to have a daughter that I really loved, I would keep her in my mind every time i talked to a child. And I would remind myself about how she would need a good role model before I do something unloving or negative.

And just be reminding yourself of those little everyday, eventually it will become an instinct.

Being a loving and caring person is easy in theory. What you need to do is to sincere, honest and polite. When someone is in need of help, you do what you would want them to do for you. Although I personally am not religious, I feel like many of Bible's themes are great at leading one to be a better person, especially if your goal is to be a loving and caring one.
