Built in bedpans I suppose....or perhaps there is a tubular device involved.....drains... maybe they just go in the cast...HAAHhaHAHhHAHAHhHAh have you ever thought that Sophocles would have been better off as Nebbuchadnezzar??? i think that all of history would be changed if that had simply occurred. we would all be saved....and not just the whales. I suspect they have little openings or flaps in the cast in all the right places.

Straitjackets don't exist any more, they were abolished years ago for being inhumane. Difficult mental health patients are now sedated.

But if you are in a straightjacket you can pee around the piece of cloth going between your legs. Someone might need to help you aim. Doing a poo can be done but it's messy.
