I've been told from my brother who's a Sgt, says preperation H around the waist and wrapping urself in plastic wrap to sweat and not eating protein only liquids that will fill you up like: watermelon, cantaloupe, melons, watery soups, Slim green tea and lots and lots and lots of water. He really stresses water! Try measuring urself around ur waist and trying this for a week see if u lose any inches. Becareful, bcuz the day u go back to eating that burger ur body will try to store most of the fat so drink a slim green tea to push that burger back out and continue with the slimming.
