Vomiting is a function of the body which tells us there is something foreign or unwanted and it needs to evacuate it. However, ff there is constant vomiting when there is nothing in the stomach causing it, small amounts of cool water and a doctor's advice is the best method. It is also best to try and sit upright instead of laying down with excess vomiting.
