if she doesn't care about you now she doesn't want you get someone who cares about you, because unless another person is just going to come in later and ruin it
You can impress her by showing her respect, behaving well, being interested in what she says, being friendly. While you are doing this, you can learn how deeply she is committed to someone else, and then you honor that like if she's married, it isn't really okay to hit on her.
Be yourself. Start trying to hang out with her more.

Then are a number of possible reasons why bullies might start fights. They might do it just because they can. They might do it to impress others, namely jocks, other bullies, or girls who prefer "bad boys." Others might do it for status ("street creds") or because they are having a bad day.
Impress her by having good show. A high-class girl only goes for someone who can show for themself. Also be ready to impress the parents. Personal experiences. Totally not worth it... :(
Just try talking to the friend...Maybe she's having a hard time and just needs someone to be there for her...Make sure your that one (:
Having a friend means having someone you can share anything with, bad or good, some one who sticks by you no matter if you are wrong or right. A friend is someone who will tell you when you do something wrong or compliment you when you do something right. A friend is someone you trust with your life. A friend is everything. Without friends in this life, you have nothing. A friend can be a stranger or a sister! Family of not, a friend is a friend. A friend is the one person you can always count on! She will cry when you cry, beat someone up if they make you cry, make you laugh until you have tears, laugh when you fall down but helps you get up.
Not trying hard to impress her.
You can hire someone to do that or you can look into having a friend do it. It will be cheaper than doing it yourself.

Friendship is basically about having someone you trust deeply, and care dearly for. Someone willing to stand by your side when the go and gets rough. Someone to talk to and laugh with. Friendship is about having a friend you know you can trust, and someone you tell you the truth no matter what.
