i bet your not wanting to go potty with your sore booty, but this is what you have to do 2

nasal spray (2 bottles)4

liquid laxative (cheery flavor suggested)5

medicated wipes6

hem. cream 7

first- go ahead and take the liquid laxative, they come in glass bottles, this is going to burn a little when you go #2 however keep the wipes handy, the second you put the wipe to your booty its instantly going to soothe it. 8

second- after the laxative has run it's course(6-10 hours) make sure your all clean down there. then dont be stingy with the nasal spray, put alot on your Hand, and i know this is gross but use you hand to put it on the hem.(do not use cotton balls...ext. they do not leave enough nasal spray on you) it didnt burn for me and mine had 'cuts' you should be okay. make sure that it's all good and soaked. i know this is grafic you guys but it's really going to help. 9

third- do not apply the hem. cream instantly after putting the nasal spray on you. wait 45 mins. 10

i use miralax everyday, it's safe to take everyday and it's going to keep you regular and keep this problem away. 12

- dont start the miralax till after the liquid laxative has run it's course completly, start the next day.
